Processing Time: At Picklebao we understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly. Our team works diligently to process and prepare your items for shipment within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. Shipping Methods: We offer two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Please note that shipping times provided are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather conditions or carrier delays. Once we've dispatched your order within the processing timeframe we've specified, please note that we don't have control over the shipping times thereafter.

Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are determined solely by your delivery location since we offer a flat-rate shipping method. You can view the applicable shipping charges during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

International Shipping: For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipment Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimated delivery date. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to be updated by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We take great care to ensure the safe delivery of your order. However, once the package has been handed over to the selected carrier, any issues related to lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be addressed directly with the respective shipping company. We will assist you to the best of our ability in providing necessary documentation or support to resolve such issues.

Missed Deliveries: We ensure that your order is shipped securely and on time. However, if a delivery is missed due to the recipient not being available or failing to pick up the package from the carrier’s designated location, we are not responsible for any resulting issues. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order and arrange for redelivery or pickup with the shipping company. We are happy to provide necessary documentation or assistance where possible, but we cannot be held liable for unclaimed or returned packages.

Address Accuracy: To prevent any shipping delays, please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly inputted address.
